Received a bad transmission that we installed. Had a 1 year warranty and they sent us a replacement transmission, but it took nearly 60 days to receive it. Good to this point. 2nd transmission was found to be bad after we installed it. Have been trying since December to secure a refund. No one will respond to my messages through eBay store where I purchased it or through a direct email. This has been dragging on since August of 2023. I have paid install labor twice now & can't risk more.

Bought a 3.6L engine for my Ram Promaster van through their ebay site. The engine immediately failed. After contacting the company through eBay messaging they responded once, but once I told them the engine failed they will not respond. BEWARE...they are scum!
If you’re reading this you’ve mostly likely had an issue with this business after your EBay 30 days is up. If you paid with PayPal, file a dispute ASAP. Then do a chat message with eBay and request an agent. They need to be aware of the fraudulent behavior of this guy BENJAMIN MAJEAU. This guy should not be able to sell on EBay with these practices. He is not acting in accordance with EBay policies and the more of us that report the better !!!
Bought motor June 2023 that was advertised with 1 year warranty. The motor was bad from the start, and after back and forth emails and then completing certain actions requested such as to have oil tested we were told the warranty was approved and being sent. After this we were ghosted. Calling from different numbers and getting him on the phone got us hung up on and blocked immediately.
