Although the firm ultimately could not take my case because the amount involved was not large enough and there was no substantial injury, they were still incredibly helpful. I consulted them regarding an incident where I found a battery in my food. They provided me with a lot of practical and thoughtful advice on how to handle the situation properly. I truly appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help even without formally taking the case. Highly recommended.
