Dedicated almost 2 years to the company. Taking on new responsibility after new responsibility. Single father so there were times I missed work at the start. Was very consistent for about a year straight. Ran into hard times again. Was told by management that if I wasn’t able to fix attendance ,I would be moved out of lead position.
