Beware of Rhino Shield warranty scam. Our experience with them has been unpleasant. We paid a lot of money to have our house covered with their product looking forward to having it for 25 years as advertised and warrantied. After only 5 years our house looks awful. Rhino Shield has just completed painting all of the surfaces of my home that are not brick, the soffit, facia, gutters, garage, etc. There may have been some language barrier problems with the work crew which caused some concern about what exactly was going to be done or not done. We called their office and immediately were assured by Karen that we would be 100% satisfied with the job. Did a great job working with us ahead of time to set up the contract. Had difficulties getting the project started but rain in South Louisiana does that. Once they came out they power-washed, sanded and prepped everything and then had the house painted in three days (even in the rain)! Very professional and friendly onsite, cleaned up after and did a great job and now the house looks amazing!

The crew that was sent to complete my job was amazing! They were thorough in their preparation process and very neat. They completed the project in a timely manner and were in contact with me keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The crew chief was both courteous and professional.
