We discovered yesterday (08 /05 2025) water dripping from the furnace vent stack onto to the OSB subfloor in the attic. We called Rhino Roofing , Cameron and Sean arrived today and came 10 minutes early with our 4 o’clock clock appointment . And immediately went to work with one going to the attic and the other to the roof. They spent 45 minutes looking for the source of the leak which had stopped since the rain let up earlier in the day. Rhino Roofing did a great job on repairing our roof. They were very easy to work with. They came out quickly to give us a quote and then started on the repairs the following week. I highly recommend their company and would definitely use them again.
I initially chose this company because they had a 5-star review, however that was not my experience with them. When the crew came out that actually worked there, they were great to deal with at first. I took off work to be home when the project was being completed, and the workers that showed up at my house were not only 3 hours late, but they didn't even work for Rhino Roofing! This company contracts out their workers and when they finally showed up, they had to ask me what they were fixing at my house! This is unacceptable... read more
They took care of everything. They even handled speaking with the insurance company and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I will use them again for any new projects.
