Not pleased with quality of initial installation efforts. However, Chase was very responsive to concerns and issues were promptly addressed. Excellent customer service.
Have had great experiences with them over the last 3 years. Always helpful with booking appointments, and services calls. We have had gutters cleaned, tile roof inspections, repairs, and tile washing.I would certainly recommend.

From the moment I spoke with Bonnie on the phone, I knew it was a company I could trust. I could have chose a lot of roofing companies but I chose rhino roofing because of thr way Bonnie made me feel. I was not surprised when the job was completed as everything was exactly as promised and even more as they sent another employee 2 days later to make sure there were no nails or debris anywhere.
