I love Dr. Li, she has been very helpful. I have been coming to this office for over a year now and they have always been 5 stars, but for whatever reason the front desk people are just not listening or communicating to each other. I have called FIVE times since October 30th continuously asking to have my Imuran and Plaquenil refilled. This does not even include the amount of time the office called me back to confirm my prescriptions. Once Rite aid shut down, I moved to walgreens. Hello everyone, today I took my 76 year old mother to see Dr.Li and what a horrible office manager they have. We arrived 16 minutes late due to Monday morning traffic and they would not accept her. They constantly reschedule her appts and the office manager told her front desk receptionist that it's been 15 min and they would have to reschedule us when their office waiting room was empty. Update: Tried going to another office, did not work out, so we tried to get in here again to see a different doctor after waiting 8 months regarding a referral. I was told that 'the facility' did not want to set up new patient appointments for myself or my Mother. So, don't write an honest review like mine, because they won't let you back in. Shame on you Dr Yi Li of Rheumatology services medical group. The manner in which you speak to your patients is appalling! How dare you say that I don’t want to get better just because I won’t let you bully me into expensive, invasive medical treatments.
