Love the staff, very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Great location. My one complaint is that Summit Rheumatology is not on EPIC in order to allow my other docs(and vise versa) to see my labs, and other test results.
If i could give 0 stars I would. The front desk is horrible and rude and the communication is horrible they just want to give you a run around all the time! I'm 80 years old and they just don't seem to be jumping to help me. I caught the man at the desk that answers phones, in a lie saying he was looking at my paper work yesterday and seeing i was approved and the next day saying he never seen it and I had to contact united health again. Dr Sakaili has treated me for years. I really appreciate his help and guidance.
Place is very clean. Staff is very rude, went down in first week of June. Been waiting and constantly calling them trying to find out why they haven't called us back about the infusion for my husband. 4 months later finally getting a call from them, saying they couldn't do it. When they are the one saying and suggesting it to my husband. Said he's on his last stage of RA, that it is now in some of his organs. Call today said find another doctor. Really. Staff is rude and will not return calls. If you are on medication they are careless about getting it sent to pharmacy on time to keep patient from a flare up.
