Dr. Garwood is a kind and caring provider. She listens to all concerns and formulates a plan of care that helps me maintain an active lifestyle. Her staff has always been friendly and accommodating
I’ve been debating on leaving a review but it’s time I do. I have been coming here many years. Use to be treated well until I started having horrible flares and bad reactions to the Meds they give me. They got irritated by my complaints and don’t want to deal with me. I’ve sent them message after message that I am In Excruciating pain (bed ridden at times) and all they do is tell me to be patient and take steroids.I feel defeated!
After 9 years, I was fired as a patient. Said I was too complex and that I whined too much. Seriously! I’ve never been treated so badly the last year going there like I had! These meds for RA are toxic and hard on a small body so when I complained about side effects, I got pushed to her PA and Elliott didn’t want me as a patient any longer and than the PA fired me because I’m too “complex”. Was told Dr. Elliot didn’t need to bother seeing me and a PA would be fine. I like PAs, but kinda brutal to be blown off by the doctor.
They are really good at making you feel like you are bothering them & bad about feeling bad. I feel like I don’t matter and that’s disappointing
