Unless you have severe joint pain and blood tests to back that up, I do not recommend Dr. Syed for anything autoimmune related. Very negligent and does not take your concerns seriously. I did not come in for joint pain, yet this doctor treated me and reported as if I came in for joint pain.
Good customer service
UT Southwestern is known for quality doctors but their office management is the worst one. Scheduling an appointment process is very cumbersome as their staff is very difficult to deal with. Canceled the appointment without even informing twice. Waited for 2 months for the appointment and then they canceled it on the day of appointment. Very bad management.
