I began calling back in March. I am new to the area. I found an allergist here who has insisted it is important that I see a rheumatologist as my chronic hives are a symptom of my autoimmune disease. Initially I was told I could schedule with a referral. I had my previous out of state doctor send my referral and medical history and I never got follow up. Dr North is the best!! Always attentive to my questions; never feel rushed. Front staff is punctual in checking me in and out and setting up appointments.

Extremely unhelpful. This is one of the only rheumatologists office in the area and even so, still won’t accept new patients. As someone with needing medical help this extremely disappointing. Without even getting my name or checking if my referral was received, she told me even if they did get it they will not take me. We don’t even get the courtesy of a phone call.

They absolutely will never return calls no matter how sick you are they don't care. My other drs tried to contact them and of course no answer or return calls they like the money without having to do anything for it. If you want to get better avoid this place at all cost

I was 15 minutes late due to road construction and they sent me home. But my last visit, I waited 45 minutes!
