Dr Qaisar Usmani is my wife doctor for her knee pain related issues. He has very caring and loving personality and listen to his patients very attentively to understand their problem. He is quite prompt and active in providing treatment as well as advise how to prevent those pain condition. Although his office is quite away from my home but we still prefer to see him in his office. His office staff is also very cooperative.

today i had an appointment at 2:30. it was my first new patient visit and upon arrival, i had called the office to see if i was in the right place, as the suite they’re located in was kind of hidden so i couldn’t tell where i was. when the woman answered the phone, i was asking if i was in the right place and she just kept saying “yes? hello” multiple times after me asking questions and then i was met with an attitude for asking if she could hear me, as sometimes i lose service with my cellphone carrier. i brushed it off bec... read more
