not enough handicap parking spots and not easily accessible for wheelchairs. heavy doors that close on you before you get in. please make doors open automatically with a push of a button.

I got a call yesterday saying that the dr wont see me cause i live more then 25 miles from the office. I been having the app for weeks now and they call me 2 days before my app to tell me this. I have never heard of a dr office doing this before. I dont see how me living more then 25 miles away has anything to do with me being seen. It's not like im asking for money or having them come pick me up. As long as i show up on time for my app why does it matter where i live or how far i have to drive. I just don't understand. 😧
