I have been a patient of RA since 1993, wouldn't go anywhere else! Just completed my infusions and love the nurses and phlebotomist. Dr Crump and his nurse practitioner are wonderful and have kept me going since1993. The receptionist and insurance people are friendly and work to help no matter the issue. thank you to the entire team at RA, YOU ALL ROCK;)

I’ve been a patient here for several years. I see Dr. Gary Crump and NP Robin Hiser. Every encounter I’ve had has been meet with extreme professionalism and compassion. The office seems to always flow quickly and efficiently. My appointments never feel rushed, they take the time to explain options and answers any questions. If one treatment doesn’t work, they always have another idea to try. I feel treated as a person and not just another number. I have called for the past month trying to get a prescription twice and never heard back.left a msg both times, left a msg. No answer. Have been on Sulindac fp\or many years, pharmacy sent a letter telling me it was denied and needed to contact your office. need more info. Please call and explain. Now out after trying for a month.
