Dr. Dillon, I have been waiting almost 12 weeks since making my appointment to meet you today. Your office had all my insurance info at the time I made my appointment and I confirmed you accept Cigna insurance back in January. Upon entering your office today, April 1st, I was informed you don't take my insurance. Through due diligence, I had checked and also confirmed you take Cigna online prior to my visit. I have been seeing Dr. Ullrich for several years now. He is caring, compassionate and takes the time to listen and find solutions to your issues. I see many doctors for chronic illnesses and he is one of a kind!!
