I had an appointment with Dr. Staub and I sat there for over 40 minutes in the waiting room past my appt time. Was informed he is usually running behind. My time is just as valuable as the drs. I had to leave before I could see him due to I had to get back to work. Can't spend all morning sitting there waiting for him. Was not happy at all.
The staff here is always friendly and efficient! I have Dr. Orris and I love her! She is very thorough! They answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their type of services! Thanks Rheumatology Associates! Tina Vincent - Moline, IL 06/08/2015
