Horrible. The most unprofessional people I have ever encountered
I am both a patient and an employee of this office for the past 5 years and I haven't worked for or been to more intelligent, caring doctors in my life. The staff cares deeply for the patients and is alway there to answer any questions or hold your hand through tough times.There is sometimes a wait but it is worth it. I don't mind waiting because I know that if I am in need of extra time the doctor will give it to me. I would and have recommended the office to many people.
First time I went there it was decent. Next time I called ahead to say I'd be a little late. I was there within 15 minutes of my appointment time & they wouldn't see me. I live in the complete opposite side of town. This last time I was there dr Orris came in for 5 minutes id say & left to go to a birthday party in the lobby. The whole staff was in the lobby eating and laughing. I will not be going back. That place sucks!
