Este consultorio es terrible te dan las citas con 3 meses de espera cuando llega el día o el día antes te cambian la cita , me cambiaron la cita 3 veces es una falta de respeto a el paciente yo regrese de un viaje que hice y me quería quedar más tiempo , y no lo hice por esta cita el mismo día me cancelaron , me llamaron el día antes confirmando la cita y hoy me llaman 4 horas antes de mi cita cancelándola , ya con hoy son 3 veces que me cancelan la cita , y la última no quiero cita con ese tipo de médicos que no respetan la... read more
Un lugar que da asco dan citas a nuevos pacientes para nada cada ves que se acerca la cita las cancelan sus intenciones es que no asistas .lo que no entiendo es porque lo hacen si son incompetentes simplemente decir no hay espacio disponible ect son un asco . Ya me han cancelado la cita dos veces ridículos incompetentes

I had a terrible experience with Rheumatic Wellness. I saw Dr. Jennifer Vega for a follow-up and was given paperwork for blood work. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the paperwork with me, and Quest Diagnostics would not proceed without it. On June 16, 2025, I called their office early in the morning and spoke to Paola, asking if the lab order could be emailed to me or faxed directly to Quest. I don't understand how they're in business if they never see anyone. I've been trying to get seen for almost 6 months now! Every time I schedule an appointment, someone calls to tell me I need to be rescheduled! This is the FOURTH time I've been rescheduled! I see the reviews and notice I'm not the only person they've done this to. I guess I'll give the one star for reaching out ahead of time.
