I tried to have them look at my place but they never came to get my house key. I sent emails and never was taken seriously as a potential client. I first contacted them after reading they are proud of their attention to detail. I received no attention. When I contacted them to say I would not be interested in them listing my property, they got snotty and said they had no interest in representing my property and good luck. Do not use Gina Rhett with Rhett Real Estate. She does not care about you as a person and only wants whats best for her. She will show no compassion, she is only concerned with how things will benefit her. She also does not, if ever, answer her phone or respond to text messages. Good luck with her calling you back. She works on her schedule with only herself in mind and not the client. If you choose to use Gina as your realtor, be prepared for disappointment!!!!
