Rhema Associates is an excellent management company. The property has been completely renovated, the flooring is beautiful, and the kitchens and bathrooms are brand new. They have been sensitive to tenants' feelings concerning all the changes and kept tenants informed at all times. Their maintenance staff is excellent and responds immediately to any and all requests. Rhema Associates also makes tenants' safety a high priority. I recommend it highly.
