I'm sorry to do this but I can't even get the company to return calls. So unprofessional! We've called several times to be told they would ask the service guy about something then NEVER DO THEY CALL BACK. They were supposed to fix a leak. The tech said it was "very small" and he didn't have the o ring and it would need to be ordered. He said we could wait until next summer to fix it if we wanted and We told him no we wanted it fixed right. I have cancer so I spend a lot of time in bed. We needed ac. Our ac was not working, we thought it might be the blower. Called rheaco, the lady I spoke with was very nice. The technician came out the next day early. Very professional. He did not stop until he found what the problem was. And it was not the blower. The thermostat needed to be replaced. Very kind man. Will use them again. The price was good also. Would recommend them to anyone.
Very friendly and helpful, I needed service quicker than they were available, but I still had a good experience, so I'd give them a call.
