From the moment I walked in, the owner put me in an extremely uncomfortable position by aggressively pushing her services and only her services, insisting she is the only one who knows how to do things the right way. Ths is a scam or they are out of business.i called 8 times to redeem a groupon and no one answers the phone —ever—and no one calls me back amd I can only speak to a robot on Groupon. They have my money and are clearly not intending on performing any services for it. Complete rip off!!!!!

I purchased a Groupon for a microneedling session with Rhea Esthetic earlier this year. I attempted to schedule an appointment by calling multiple times and leaving voicemails, but I never received a response. Eventually, I visited the Michigan Avenue address listed. The office suite was locked, and entry required a prior appointment, which made scheduling impossible.
