I avoided therapy for decades. One day I reached out to Rhapsody and requested an appointment with Joyce. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. We haven't even gotten to the appointment yet and the receptionist is crazy rude and hangs up on you. Has a rude mono tone voice like she not happy with her job. They require a credit card in order to even receive services even though insurance is provided. I asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't even get me one. This is the only place that cant help without a credit in my experience so far. These people are are suppose to help children. Nope bad vibes all around and I wouldn't recommend.
