For an establishment that claims to care and promote good mental health and emotional well being; the atmosphere in here is dark, cold, and the staff lack empathy and compassion. The front desk women are cold and crude, for whatever reason. They have ZERO RESPECT for your time. The staff are clearly her to collect a paycheck, and that is all.

I went to the doctor for chest pains in Marion. The assistant asking questions if I was ever suicidal, which I have been in the past. Next thing I know they call the crisis Center “RHA” asking me all kinds of questions then they wanted me to go to the hospital, they put me in a lockdown unit with people that was unsafe and down right scary all day after working third shift. So far so good with RHA. I apologize for not being able to call you back this afternoon. Believe me, my hands are tied by the local library. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the service I received this morning from the lady I met with on telehealth, and I will be back in touch with RHA shortly. Thank you for assisting me with my mental health needs without bias.
