This place should not be operating! My disabled loved one was mentally and physically (obvious bruises and finger print bruises) abused by the staff of RHA, this unfortunately led to her untimely death. Upper management tries to cover up the abuse! Louann and her husband are two snakes who are a huge part of the problem and will cover up anything they can! These people will be handled on judgement day! If you care about someone disabled, please do not make the mistake of using RHA!
