Sent an inquiry online for a simple procedure to move a remote port back into position. Was called back by a woman whose name cannot be said here but is shared in other online reviews, who was rude, generally not knowledgeable of tissue expanders, and argumentative. I had a large cranial osteoma removed by Dr. Ha in 2023. I chose to proceed using insurance, which I believe may have contributed to the level of care I received before, during, and after surgery. I met with Dr. Ha only once prior to the procedure and did not have the opportunity to speak with him again until my follow-up appointment several weeks later. Dr. Ha did my upper blepharoplasty and I couldn’t be happier. The results look natural, recovery was smooth, and his attention to detail is incredible. Definitely recommend him.
