I took my great grandmother's ring to several jewelers to be sized, because the ring was so old and fragile it would not be possible. A friend suggested RL lackner and I was so pleased to have not been turned down again but instead they were able to help me redesign the ring. I'm so happy to be able to wear the ring everyday as I've gotten so many compliments. Great service! I highly recommend this store!
Took my Rolex Day-Date to be repaired because they are a authorized Rolex repair shop. Took 3 weeks to get the watch back and they charged me $475 because they said they changed the mainspring out. Watch did not wind right and lost time. Took it back 3 times and it came back the same every time. Worked for a day or two then stopped. There sales person Victor was very rude and tried to blame me for the watch not working. Owner was no less rude or helpful.
