I had an appointment that was very good. I had a follow up scheduled for this past Friday. The doctor was called for jury duty, which I wouldn't have known had I not called (no message was left on my voicemail). The office staff told me that my new appointment was several weeks out and they could not fit me in earlier. They promised to contact the doctor and call me back, which never happened. I am recovering from spinal surgery and have no pain meds. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

This is the best pain management doctor I've seen. The staff and PA are amazing. Dr. Perez is very caring, empathetic, compassionate and understanding. He's done everything to make sure I have a quality of life without pain. Thank you Dr. Perez.

Dr. Andrew Perez is a good doctor. My husband and I are happy with the results. He is so patience and what we like about him is that he gives time to listen and very easy to understand on the procedure he will do. Now we go without worried of waiting too much and always few people. Always receive us with a happy greeting. Always so clean. I will recommend to the people to go see him. Pick Dr. Perez! Not the crowd and not understanding doctor!
