Horrid experience. I recommend buying a vault and keeping your prescription in it because if you misplace it like I did you will never get a copy from them. I understand its one year old but they have records of the visit and we're patients there so I can not understand the refusal of printing a sheet of paper for my records at home?. Pésima atención, nomas cobran al seguro y el copay y jamás te contestan el teléfono para decir cuando están tus lentes i nada. Y el website no tiene opciones más que las que les conviene a ellos saber si tienes seguro
