Not the best customer service and the cupcakes are very dry. I expected way more from someone who won a baking competition on a very popular food network show. Pity. I’ll make my own box kind and spend less money.

The guy was a little condensending... Since he didn't have enough cupcakes available (they bake once a week) I hesitantly placed a special order. Spent $100.00 on 24 cupcakes & 10 mermaid cookies. They didn't taste good... Sincerely, Disappointed. The artistry is good though.

Well I’ve been here maybe 3 times and every time I’ve been here I’ve been treated well and the cupcakes are good. We’re not a difficult family and it doesn’t take much to satisfy our kids...I must say my kids loved the cupcakes, lol . Thank you
