Unfortunately I bought four cupcakes on Sunday. On Monday I took them to work for a coworker. The cupcakes were dry and did not taste fresh . The cookies I purchased for my kids were not tasty at all. Nice decorations but not flavorful.
The cupcake factory helped me cater my goddaughter's 5th birthday party and i could'nt be happier. The cupcakes were delicious and absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and it's just one of those places that you instantly fall in love and cant wait to come back to..

At first glance it's a cute place until you look a little closer. There are dead bugs in the lights, air vents and ceiling tiles are covered in dirt. If this is the public area I would hate to see what the baking area looks like.

We apologize that you feel this way, but we are proud to say that we are exceptionally clean. Our baking standards are held highly and we pride ourselves in cleanliness. Most days our kitchen door is open for the public to see...We do follow and meet all required food inspections and guidelines. If everyone were to go around inspecting every place out in public like this, than everyone would most likely stay home 😚
Tasty cupcakes and a beautiful shop to eat them , I would definitely recommend this place .
