I see very positive reviews for RGR on ******* but that simply was not my experience, so potential buyers should be wary and do their homework. I 100% would not recommend RGR based on my experience with them. From the day I moved into my condo, it was difficult to get information from RGR. From getting paperwork to set up my online portal, to giving my car information for the parking lot, the first week of dealing with RGR was stressful. Sad to say that I am moving on from the condo life. I will be renting for a month or to before I go. But, as usual Lisa B*** has been the greatest help. I have lived in my condo for 3 years and I recently made the very difficult decision to move due to the need to downsize. Moving is such a stressful process but Lisa at RGR made it so easy. She was right there for everything I needed and I am so appreciative. I was always grateful for their responsiveness and they specifically did a fantastic job with snow removal in our parking lot. So happy with them!

RGR has been managing my condo association for a few years. I have seen things greatly improve with their professional guidance. Lisa does a great job handling the various situations that are sure to arise when you have 84 units.

I lived in a condo that used RGR property management for 10 years. I felt that this company was outstanding. There were 2 people who I worked with often from the company. Lisa B*** and April P*******. Both of them were incredibly professional, and solved my problems very quickly when problems arose. Everyone at the RGR management office is so helpful and professional. Lisa is a sweetheart and is always on top of things. Their maintenance department, Bobby, Lenny and Wayne are all awesome guys. Bobby is so quick and skilled, not to mention FUNNY! They all deserve 5 stars!!! Well done RGR!!!
