I have been coming here over 10 years now. Michael and the rest of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. You feel like family.
Stay away. An ill fitting prosthetic, and a come back in a week resulting in a blister which became infected, which resulted in a year of misery and a surgery. When ill fitting prosthetic was replaced, then a letter came stating after 13 years of being a patient you are "dropped due to a business decision" even after offering to be a cash patient.
RGP took me on from Kaiser Perm. as a patient and it has been such a worry-free experience since the beginning of my unfortunate left leg BKA. Staff are friendly and experienced professionals that help you and encourage you too get moving. Thanks to Pat, Tom, Debbie and the rest of the RGP staff for all your tips and help.
