Great place great people.....trustworthy management
Very knowledgeable, very hands on. Wonderful management skills.
This is the worst management company. They do as little as possible. All they do is collect fees. I made the mistake of hiring them when our development. I also help them get another development call Applegate A. Trying to help a small black own company. Big mistake. I was on the BOD the problems l had with Gwen was when there was a problem she always called me to find out were to look in the bylaws to find information that she should have looked up.( she was being paid to do).
