Permanent bracelet broke within a week and when I went back to ask for a thicker one that wouldn't break I was told I had to purchase a new one. Next time I went, I bought a non permanent bracelet with a "K" charm. The "K" charm was supposedly gold filled but dented to the point of catching on everything within a few times wearing it. They would also not replace this or offer a discount/refund.
I went here in April with my best friend to get matching bracelets. It was super fast and easy. It was $75 for each bracelet but it matters what kind u get. So far it is in perfect condition.
First time to the store and received personable and outstanding customer service from Isabel! I am a fan and will return due to her recommendations and expertise and knowledge on all of their products
My sister treated me for my birthday to get zappped! We each got the same bracelets and I also treated myself to an anklet. I never knew about being zapped or that there was a store that did that local in San Diego. There was many choices to choose from. The sales associate Isabel, was terrific! She took the time to talk about the bracelet chain differences, style choice and gave great ideas on how to personalize and add charms. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Very pleased and will recommend to friends and family !
