For more than 2 years this company has repeatedly tried to automatically charge a relatives bank account for rent. (We cancelled autopay after numerous errors in their favor.) At first, I thought it was just a mistake that we weren't unenrolled from autopay. So we've called their 3rd party payment processor over and over again. I've lived in my condo for over 20 years, and since we've been with this horrible management company, RG, our monthly assessment fee continually increases, and the property becomes more and more dilapidated. We also have had to pay "special" assessment fees for thousands more often than ever before. RG has facilitated communist like governance by our HOA with almost no homeowner meetings, and no elections for years violating the CC&R/covenants. Not only are they very unprofessional they treat their staff as disposable pieces even after years of service. They have had multiple lawsuits against them for the same reason. Just an overall poorly run business. Undeserving of support or business.
