Rob took a deposit for a renovation in September. It's now February, and no work has begun. Endless excuses, terrible communication through the past 4 months, and has stopped responding to email now. Said he would send a refund but has not followed through or contacted us since. Highly unprofessional. Will be pursuing legal action.
I had a screen door installed by Rob, it was quick, efficient and done for a reasonable cost. I'm pleased with the workmanship. If your looking to hire a handyperson for work around your home, I would recommend RG Home Improvements. Hiring online can be a harrowing experience; Rob made it seamless. I will be calling again. Rob completed a number of jobs in my house including refinishing my staircase, replacing a portion of my deck that was rotting. Everything was done well, I was really happy with the results.
