Won Doordash claim,no replies to email ,think this is a scam with the lawyers to keep the money
Almost impossible to get a response from RG2 Claims. Woman who finally called very dismissive. No checks sent. Delays and everything by snail mail. Seems like a scam, they get the settlement money and sit on it. Poor customer service and lots of excuses even if you get through.
Very slow to respond to email; sometimes don't respond at all. Snail mail never arrived . . . . Did not seem to concerned with correcting their failures.
