Picked up a vehicle they had supplied & fitted new bull bar,the guys there will give you good customer service & you will drive away with nice looking bars or spotlights
Haven't done anything here but today had a good chat and advice from Alan and his front end mate regarding issue that had been caused by Volkswagen dealership with new suspention . Cheers guys
The product is great but customer service is really bad. Quote said four hours to install canopy but seven hours later I told them to stop i have to get home 300km away. Had it there 8am and they finished 3pm. I asked multiple times how long is it still going to be, no one could tell me, Christian went and asked the guy working on it at the back and I heard him reply "it will be done when I'm done" that's not the way to reply to someone that's spent over $4100. Poor Christian didn't know what to say. Bad service.
Not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get! 10/10 for service, advice,and workmanship. Would never go anywhere else from now on.
