RfI properties has serious MOLD issues ranging from different units to different buildings. This has been going on for nearly 2 years. & I don’t recommend spending over 1k a month to live in MOLD. DEFINITELY NOT A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!
Brandi J is amazing. She’s been very helpful, attentive, and genuine. She has made a stressful transitional period very easy for me.
unreliable at times, some of the office workers need to learn how to talk to people. I've had multiple maintenance issues in the last year that have had to be fixed several times. not to mention blatantly lying to me saying I've breached contract without even notifying me prior. all while still having living condition issues are being dismissed.
Been in 2 different apartment complexes and both have roaches, they supposedly sprayed to kill them but that just made more appear, waiting for this lease to end so I can leave asap. Place has been a joke recently.
