I had been going to Floyd for 6 years and was very pleased until now. I never had to pay. I was given the wrong vouchers to mail to both IRS and FTB. When I reached out and asked question I got short comments not addessing my questions. I was expecting an offer to assist me on fixing his error or tye correct vouchers but that never happened. Even though he admitted to having sent me the wrong forms. Now I have to fix his error and send requests in writing to allocate payments for the correct date.
