J’ai eu un sinistre vraiment plate (eau qui a pété dans la cave, gros dégât), pis j’étais ben stressé. J’ai contacté ASAP pis franchement, wow ! Dès le premier appel, l’employée était super aimable, patiente, elle m’a expliqué toute la patente calmement sans me faire sentir comme un cave. Ça fait du bien quand on est déjà sur le gros nerf !
