I was very nervous for my procedure but from his office to the hospital staff, they really assured me of Dr. Shah and took great care of me!
My GP sent me for an MRI due to a tiny lump on my back. Results showed I may need a surgery. I got reffered to Dr. Shah. His office staff are nice and helpful. The doctor informed me that he was hesitant to do said sugery, as MRI also showed a few disc issues and that he wanted me to see a spine surgeon, as he will only go so deep. Fair enough. Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor! I've never had any issues with him since dealing with him on 3 different occasions. I'm truly disappointed with today's appointment! My issue is with the receptionist in the out patient wound care facility inside Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton,NJ. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment time which was 10am. Dr Shah saved my wife’s life many times. Very compassionate and skillful surgeon.
This provider has a "heart of gold", an extremely calm presentation and a bedside manner that cannot be replicated. He performed an urgent and impromptu consult with me, followed by preparation for surgery. Dr. Shah was thorough and present for all my questions. I highly recommend using Dr. Shah for any necessary issues or procedures.
