Horrible service. I explained to his staff on the phone what I needed help with and they told me they would help me. When I got to his office, Reza told me he would not help me because of how our Visa started. I explained exactly how it started (via a foreign visa company) to his staff on the phone before the appointment was ever made. He refused to help me and would not even look at one document.
