Tried to go in but was given such a hard time about my insurance (it should have all been covered) that I left. I was also told the same thing by the admitting lady as a previous reviewer... dont expect any care like you would at your doctors office. I got the impression that even if they had been nice and willing to actually look at my insurance benefits they would not have lifted a finger anyway. I ended up in the ER the next day. Find any other Urgent Care and I can almost guarantee better service.

WARNING! I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. This place has terrible service and my wait was over an hour. The clinic staff was not friendly and the billing department messed up my bill and charged me for stuff not covered my my insurance.Although it is still better than the emergency room, I going somewhere else next time.

My own doctor was not available so I went to Reynoldsburg Urgent Care. I was very pleased with Dr. Bansal and his staff. They were friendly and helpful. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and talked to me about different treatments. I have recommended him to a family member that is looking for a new doctor.
