Great staff, always friendly and reassuring, the professionalism here is too notch!
This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I’ve now had two root canals and two crowns. Dr Shah explained everything to me and asked multiple times if I was okay. I absolutely hated and feared dentists to the point of being nauseous and visibly shaking when I arrived at his office. This was my first visit with Dr Shah. Had a root canal. I’ve had a few before, but this one was absolutely painless! Didn’t need pain medication or even Tylenol! I have found my new Dentist
If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely adore Carla and the dentist (sorry I don't know his name). Throughout my life I've encountered so many dentists who are just out for money and jacked my teeth. Not here he truly does care and I love his energy. He is someone that makes you smile just because he smiles. Carla is the best and you can tell she love what she does. He is knowledgeable, patient and just cares. It's hard finding that these days. As long as he continues to practice I will continue to go..
Dr. Shah is the kindest doctor I have ever had, and the staff at Reynoldsburg Dental Associates are always nice and welcoming. If I moved across the city, I'd still make the trip in order to keep Dr. Shah as my dentist!
