The One Thing I Despise About This Place IS . They have a thing called Gold Key where they give you 24 hour notice that the maintenance man will be entering the premises to check various things witch is GOOD don't get me wrong BUT 3 or 4 times a year is a bit much LMHA don't invade your privacy that MUCH and there's ALWAYS SOMEONE DIFFERENT ENTERING YOUR SPACE I DON'T LIKE THAT.. This community is one of the best communities I have lived in all of my life. It's a very quiet and friendly community. When you make a service call its top priority and the job is well done. It kept clean and customer service is awesome. If you are 55 and older please consider this place for your home.
