Bad experience. I find the owner to be snippy and sarcastic. You boast having a full time jeweler on staff, yet it takes a week to get rings cleaned and polished? Utterly ridiculous. Your pricing is outrageous. I found someone else in town to do what I needed for far less in an hour! I can also return any time within a year to have done again:). For no additional charge:)

Michelle, I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience at my store. Yes, we do have a full-time jeweler and yes, it does take approximately a week to have work completed. He is one man who works very hard, completing approximate 15-20 jobs a day. We try NOT to put work in front of others, because like you, they have to wait. If I am not mistaken, you wanted your ring polished and rhodium plated. The process of doing that work, is cleaning the ring completely (which depending on dirt can take 1 to 2 days) then polishing,... read more
