This was the most ridiculous and unprofessional dentist I have ever visited. They would not see me due to misplacing my Covid Vaccine card, even though I had my vaccination record from my health cart with all the information, which is much more credible than the vaccine card that can be fabricated. I’m a nurse in the ER and have to be vaccinated and they still would not see me since the info I was showing them was not written on a small card with pen.
