Called about a Stihl chainsaw chain, and the rep said that they did not have it in stock, but he could do a store transfer from Atlanta, and it would be in at 4:30pm. I show up at 4:30pm to find out that the chain was not transferred.
My mower was picked up on a Monday, 6/30 to have a new drive belt and pullys put on. I was told it is a 2 hour job, but with the 4th of July coming up on Friday it might be the week after. No communication from them so I called to see what was going on on 7/11. Got some run around about still waiting on parts and IF they come in early in the week it'll be done by the end of the week. I’m pretty far away from this store but I’d have to say the salesman Darren and the mechanic Thor have been my go too guys since I’ve been setup with all new deer equipment. They have went above and beyond responding to txts or calls even on their vacation time! Very impressed with Reynolds Muncie! They have definitely earned a repeat customer!
